Order Cancellation Timeline

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or until the order has been processed for dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Email Us: Send your cancellation request with your Order ID to help@ejinifashions.com.
  2. Processing: Our team will verify the request and confirm if the order is eligible for cancellation.
  3. Refunds: If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Customized, made-to-measure, or altered garments.
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
  • Orders already shipped or dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Partial cancellations may be allowed only if the specific item(s) have not been shipped.
  • If your order is canceled by us due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., stock unavailability, payment issues, or technical errors), you will receive a full refund.
